I bought the product and had to return it back as I later came to know that it will work only if you have a Wifi router and internet connection.
It will not connect to your mobile directly.
I did not get to use the product because of the above problem, however one thing I liked about it is that it had a power cable of 2 meters, that showed that the manufacturers were quality conscious and did not believe in cutting corners.
After returning the product I immediately got the refund the very next day.
I just wish the sellers had to mention about the requirement for data connection, would have saved me and them a lot of time.

Base fixing plate/mounting assembly missing. It will be more better, if it is compatible with 5G

I recently purchased this camera and here are some points which I am sharing with you.
1. Video quality of the camera is very good.
2. Pan tilt works very well.
3. App which works with this camera is IPC360 and it is created by “Puwell Cloud Tech” in Hong Kong. So,not sure how secure is my data if I opt in for cloud. And not sure where my data is going to store i.e in India or China.
4. Beetel should consider having a local (Indian) app.
5. Cloud storage is expensive.
a. For continuous storage you would need to pay 18.33 US Dollar a month(219.99 USD a year)
b.For event based (motion detection : 10 second video) storage you would need to pay : 3.33 USD/Month ( 39.99 usd/year)
6. Motion detection is not that good. It does not distinguish between human or any other thing. It would give an alert on any thing(might be good for some people).

I received this camera about a week ago and since then have been using it in a office place. Coming to the brand Beetel, this is my second product from them, a renowned brand. Based on my experience and evaluation of the camera I have stated my opinions below.

PROS:

✔ Cloud camera as the name suggests its data exchange is based over secured internet connection, which means that once setup is done it can operate from anywhere in the world with the provided app.
✔ It has an Ethernet connection as well so it can be connected directly via LAN to a router or monitoring device.
✔ It comes with the SD card slot up to 128 GB storage where the recordings can be stored. Apart from that there is subscription based cloud storage if user wants to avail that it can be done.
✔ It comes with a 2 MP camera which records 1080p FHD video with quite a good clarity, can be zoomed in as well to see some detail a few meters away with the app.
✔ Motion detection enabled in this camera. The camera on detecting any unusual motion instantly sends notification to the app, and one can immediately check for any strange thing in case something sneaks upon.
✔ Night Vision. One of the greatest feature of this CC2 is its night vision, with 6 infrared rays blasting around the camera it captures pitch black environment quite easily and helps monitor no matter the lighting is good or not.
✔Another great feature of this camera is it comes with talk-back feature so I can interact with the camera from my phone and it has inbuilt speaker which outputs the audio.
✔ This camera and its footage can be accessed by multiple people, which is a great thing to have if there are more than spectator for a certain area.
✔ Comes with power adapter, cable, user manual and bracket for mounting it to any surface. Apart from that there is a 3/4 inch standard tripod mount, which can be used in case of a stand for this camera.

Writing this review after usage of 1 full year.
Pros
1. Picture quality

Cons
1. Motion sensing quality- automatically changes it’s direction after some day and move upward and become still. This is on the no tracking mode.
2. Setting up with wi fi dongle.
3. App quality is horrible
While setting up for the 1st time, it took almost 45 minutes. Finally succeeded with the help of the co. person
2nd time – just a few days back, my data pack exhausted and waited for 3 days to recharge. So eventually it needed a fresh set up.
It was really a horrible experience to set up with the JIO Fi, (with which it ran for apprx. 11 months) finally did not succeed. Then uninstalled the IPC 360 app and I installed ipc 360 pro app. Then after trying for almost 10 minutes it finally got installed.
But the picture quality deteriorated. It was better with the previous app.
Buyers, pls be careful before buying. Read the reviews of the app on play store and then go for it. Whatever is written over there is the true reflection of the performance.

Update on motion detection, turns out the camera has motion detection and has to be activated through app, although motion detection is not perfect as camera won’t return to original position afterwards and the app feels outdated but it has all the basic functions though
Received the packet today it was packed well and packet contains guide , screw ,mount ,camera and wire etc overall beautiful looking piece.

installation was very smooth if you have proper wifi connection,
its value for money
PICTURE QUALITY is good
Infrared is also good
Cons
Two audio is not good, cannot listen to what other is saying
No motion detection (I had only one view angle so didn’t need one tho)
Overall it’s good for home use and hassle free setup
