Acer Aspire 3 Intel Core i3 12th Gen – (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) A315-59 Thin and Light Laptop

Hi, I’m reviewing this laptop after 8 days and findings are:

Pros:

MS offfice student and window 11 home.

Processor is good as it can run the video editing software filmora smoothly.

Design asthestic is good but it’s not feel sturdy enough.

Touchpad is wide and works smoothly.

Screen display is good.

Data transfer speed is good.

It’s ram and hard disk is expandable which is good but I didn’t use it’s feature.

Cons:

Battery charger is not good and battery heating issues are there. Battery air vents has given at the back side and flow of hot air passes on screen.***

Battery last long hardly 3 -4 hours on average usage .***

Webcam is VGA and you can’t expect clearity enough in darkness and even room light. **

Elevated design is supposed for air circulation through vents of battery which is good but the PC does not fulfill the enough cooling by the ways.**

No camera shutter.**

Acer Service:
I tried to register ITW warranty service online but it does not work so I contacted customer care and found its earlier registration one month before
( i.e. before delivery ). The same details informed to acer warranty service team but they did not responded yet.*

Acer laptop is good in lower money higher futurers

The laptop looks premium, the design and handling is great, lid opening is smooth, full HD display is excellent, it is buttery smooth and it is very fast to operate. It comes with Original inbuilt MS-Office 2021 student version (excel, Word, PPT) with lifetime validity which you won’t be getting in its competitor range laptop
Pros:
1)Premium looks.
2) Good build quality and finish
3)There is no lag so far. Multitasking and gaming is smooth and fast.Boots up in a lightning speed (Thanks to SSD)
4)Full HD display with nice viewing angle.
5)Inbuilt Ms office with lifetime validity
6)12th generation i3 processor. All the competitors in this price range offer 11th gen only.

Cons:
1)Biggest disadvantage of this Laptop is battery backup is average. I was using a HP laptop earlier and even after 5 years of usage it still provides me roughly 3 hours of battery backup with normal usage. This acer laptop out of the box brand new is giving the same 3 hours of backup with regular usage. While watching movies or playing games the battery drains even much faster. Down with the time surely it it will decline further and you won’t get adequate battery backup
2) Heating issues : I found this laptop heat higher than my previous HP laptop. It is a concern because excessive heat may bring down the overall performance of the laptop after some time and more prone to hardware issues.
barring these disadvantages it is a fine laptop to use

Nice product for students and coders.

This is the best laptop at this price (I got it at 34k)
i3 1215u is the best and it beats ryzen 5 5500u with Big performance (Intel is doing a pretty good job with its processors)
Build quality is ok

Cons….
But the worst thing about this laptop is the DISPLAY, it’s not anti-glare.. it’s 2023 it will be the worst to not include anti glare… I mean as a manufacturer, it will literally cost you additional not more than 700rs for this display to include anti glare…and you could have changed us 1000rs higher…which could have triggered a better impression for the acer brand for us to still choose acer in a feature upgrade…..
