an awesome and very practical device. Not fitted with unnecessary things to increase the price.
the first impressions includes the look and feel and the weight of the laptop. it can be easily handled with one hand if you move from one room to another.
the performance is pretty good. and when I talk about this, I’m running 4 virtual machines on VMware with 4GB 12GB 2GB and 2GB assigned on those. yes I did upgrade the memory to 32GB which is the maximum as I’m a hard-core user of these devices due to my professional profile.
I did remove few pre-installed software like Norton etc as it was impacting the boot performance.
#Things to do after unboxing:
✓ remove the Norton antivirus
✓ do a full defragmentation and optimisation of drives
✓ make partitions as there will be only one
✓ create a recovery drive of the installed OS as no recovery media is available in Acer portals (a big drawback)
#Things I’m working on:
> checking the Intel Optane memory support which would boost the performance more
#Update:
The Optane support is working properly and I am using 32GB Optane chip now. The performance has improved a lot.

I am writing this review after 7 days use. Bought for 32000, (23000+9000for old laptop exchange).
light weight.
great for everyday use, no complains what so ever.
lightening fast compared to my old lenovo L420.
i am planning to install m.2 ssd 120 gb for lightening fast windows 10 loading.
best buy at this price range.
EDITED REVIEW- Windows 10 crashed 3 times don’t know why. will have to raise the issue to ACER. Lets see how it turns out.
Edit 2- After a lot of time and replacement of keyboard by Acer service engineer, the laptop still crashes the windows 10, and after reinstalling the windows it goes in to automatic repair loop, within 5days. Still problem not solved completely.
Edit 3:- I am writing this review after 1 year of use. I sent the laptop to the service centre. I requested them to install a 128gb ssd, for some 2500 rupees. I am really happy that I took that decision. The automatic repair loop problem got solved completely. And moreover, You can feel the difference as if earlier you were on a sloppy hard disk drive which took ages to boot, and now it boots within seconds. Really happy.

It’s been a month since I brought this laptop and till now it’s working really great for me
the features that I personally liked a lot are:
1. great battery (gets full charged in just 40 mins and works around 6-7hours)
2. Lightweight (great for those who carry their laptop on everyday basis)
3. great design (slim body, great keypad)
4. windows 10 pre-installed
5. free 1 month Norton security
But there are some cons as well:
1. no backlight keyboard
2. no MS office installed
3. no finger print lock
4. speaker is average
Overall, I can say that it is a best option for laptop under 40k, so if the cons are not bothering you much then you can surely buy this, as you can’t get any other laptop in 40k range having 8GB RAM,1TB HDD and full HD(1080) screen and other features. As of now I am not having any issue with this laptop (heating problem etc) so I really loved this laptop.
