Apart from the mentioned technical Specs I will Share my views:
1. 27 inch is Best inch which suits programmers,gamers and viedo editor
2. We have connect with 3 multiple devices and easily can switch one device to other.
Eg: If you working with your office laptop and suddenly want to login personal laptop easily switch to different HDMI input and enjoy by sitting it one place.
3. View angle is excellent, Colour produces are treat to eyes. you Will enjoy OTT Movies with 400nits of Bright.
4. Attractive Design with Good Heat Management
5. Software and Manual Button control of Monitor Settings.
6. Build quality of monitor if Super and Power Sword and Hdmi cable provide with good quality
Negative:
NOTE : The negative points I mentioned is not a big deal has alternatives
1. Stand provide with monitor high quality plastic and not a metal stand.
2. The Stand is not steady and small shake to table will shake ur monitor much.
3. 144 hz can only achieve using display port cable which will not come with box you need to spend extra money for that
4. Max 120 hz using hdmi.
5. Pixels gap can be noticeable if you sit very close to monitor.
5. BackLight bleed is there which is only notice when your in black screen only, which is common in ips panel
Other colors little bit it shows but u need to observe very deeply to find it so not a big issue
6. Not Vertical or Swivel or Height adjustable Technology to monitor.
7. Marketed as Bezel less but has a big digital Bezel
8. No USB and Speakers In – Build

The resolution for this is good. Not evident while watching movies or seeing high resolution pictures.
But some may feel the text is pixalated just a bit while working on other softwares like excel if you are too close to monitor. One drawback is we can’t adjust the height

27inch and a FHD
Most forums and youtubers say its not worth buying a 1080p monitor above 24inch as u can see it pixelated
Wasnt the case in my usage
i can only feel texts pixelated if i sit closely (like think of your monitor as a mobile phone)
Brightness is great i use at lowest OSD value plus a dimmer app on windows
IPS screenbleed is normal (obviously) u need to use a camera to distinguish the bleed tho lol and a specific angle if u face just directly u have the IPS black no bleed
144Hz works without using DP ports too that was a relief for me as friends have 165hz Acer monitors and for them only 120Hz was available with hdmi
The stand tho is somewhat wobbly sideways lmao

If you have below 15k budget..close eyes & go for it!!!
The best I P S panel display with 144hz refresh rate (which goes to 165hz also) with best brightness. I have been using for over a week the max brightness I use is only 25%…its so bright and color accurate that I don’t have any regrets till date.
Just buy this..remember in the world of Computers Acer is also a very good brand!

Good product. Only one problem I have found, no manual screen size modification applicable here. The screen can be a little bigger than normal but no adjustment switch available. No inbulild speaker available.
One more thing I have found, 144hrz for 1920×1080 resolution above that resolution all are 60hrz.

Beautiful product. Wonderful display. When you plug in the monitor you need to press the power button in the back side of the monitor.
144Hz. 2 HDMI and 1 display port. Bit heavy monitor. No audio port in monitor. There is no option to choose response time from monitor. Saturation is bit along with colour calibration.
