Acer Nitro 5….What a beauty this machine is….
Bought on 11th June… Writing this review 1day later…Just because I can’t stop myself…..
This machine is a powerhouse….
Performance=10/10
Ryzen 5 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 just throws the competition apart…getting 100+ fps in GTA 5(medium to high settings) Tomb raider 100+ fps as well…
Battery= 8/10 As I have not used it that much….will update my review later….but charging’s pretty fast with its 135 watt brick….But cable is not that long…can cause some problems there….
Storage=9/10….256 gigs of SSD just boots in like 7 to 8 seconds…1TB HDD as well for more storage….for games…
Display=7/10 Display is bright enough…..I use a K20 Pro smartphone very much which has an amoled display…and amoled panels have great color accuracy….But considering the price its the best….oh…I forgot to mention that 120 HZ refresh rate….But sadly you can choose that while gaming only…. which is a little bit disappointing…
Speakers=7/10 speakers are not that loud but they are good enough…. Anyway who uses speakers while gaming…. Just buy a headset and you’re good to go…

Fabulous ! This is the beast that i was looking for past 2 weeks . Ryzen-5 coupled with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 makes it a perfect gaming machine.People are reporting about the screen bleeding issue , here are my words .
Even i faced this issue but i did a lot of research on google and talked to acer support . The main problem is with the IPS panels used , not in this model even other brand laptop has this issue .
IPS glow (aka IPS-BLEED) and screen bleeding are different. IPS panels show color distortion only on black screen while normal LCD panel bleeding is visible even on white screen
So , don’t worry about this it is COMMON in all IPS LCD PANELS

This laptop is very good in all spheres, the 120Hz is very good and the performance is pretty decent for all purposes ( be it gaming and any other normal work). The nitrosense is very helpful for customisation of dual fan speed. Thanks to the 256ssd the boot up and shut down time is very fast (under 3seconds). If you want a laptop for all kinds of usage including moderate or even high end gaming this is the one for you. And of course it is worth every penny. 😊

First of all its better to go with this laptop then aspire 7 as it has better thermal cooling design and looks with 120hz screen and faster 7200rpm harddisk and better battery.
Reviewing after 20days of usage:
Display 10/10 rating.
Performance, bootspeed,design outstanding and excellent with wider keypad.
Battery backup is upto 4 hrs on moderate usage
Please play heavy games with charger connected if not it will last upto 1 30 hrs that’s it.
Cooling is good, better to use external mouse and keyboard for gaming as heat can be felt over keyboard on excieve gaming when played for longer duration.
Ram is 5.96 available out of 8gb.
120hz 1080p excellent looking screen.Cant Expect more.
And speakers are good, decently loud and audible thanks to wavmaxx audio software.
For multi-tasking and gaming laptops decides which graphic card to be used among vega 8 and gtx 1650 to produce optimal performance and good battery backup.
Webcam is ok.
Charging is very fast. about 1:15 hr to charge from 0-100 percent
Gaming: i played Witcher 3 on ultra settings with no lag
but better to play in high setting for extraordinary performance and good fps.
Can control the fan speed with nitro sense.
Overall looking for multitasking and excellent gaming results with good battery, average speakers and excellent screen quality then go for it.

The highest value for this price bracket. The aesthetic is quite fancy for an office, but the hardware it offers is excellent. A very capable AMD Ryzen 5 coupled with an Nvidia GTX 1650 can give you a solid smooth gaming experience.
The good :-
1) Good 1080p IPS 120hz display.
2) Great processor and GPU for almost all workloads especially gaming(Do not expect high end gaming or 3D rendering)
3) Respectable keyboard and trackpad.
4) Good thermal management
5) Plenty of storage (1tb HDD and 256gb SSD)
The not so good:-
1) Fancy design.
2) Speakers are not the loudest even for a laptop.
3) Not the best battery life, but to be expected from a gaming laptop.(Just lower refresh rate, it will improve).
4) Quite heavy(both the laptop and power brick).
5) Build is solid, but entirely plastic (Just mentioned this, cost has to be saved somewhere)
In reality the cons did not bother me. For most people, this is one of the best price to performance ratios that I have ever seen. Absolute recommendation.

This laptop here my friends is a beast as I like to call it ‘The Red Demon’. It has the best specs in this range. The boot time is incredible and very fast. The body may be a fiber one, but it is very tough and you can tell that just by touching it. Battery is good too. The GTX 1650 is very good graphics card and will not disappoint you. The touchpad and keyboard are decent too but I recommend you to use a mouse just to avoid those dark spots that may appear on your touchpad. Some models may have minor screen bleeding which is barely noticeble and rarely happens when the screen has to go black which I think is not even an issue. If you have budget of 60K and want a good laptop with higher end specs, this is just for you.
I installed PUBG PC Lite and got very good performamce and FPS.
TIPS:
If you’re hardcore gamer place the laptop on packing sponges such that the hot air can go out of the laptop through exhaust ports located at the bottom of laptop.
If you think the volume of the speaker is not enough, then you should just take look into Maxx Audio, check whether it is ON and change the preset from Music to Gaming FPS ( you can also change other settings accordingly) and trust me you will be so happy hearing how loud your laptop can be!
Before playing any game make sure you’re using GTX 1650 not VEGA 8 inbuilt Gfx card.

Great laptop smooth and fast, battery backup is good, lightweight hasn’t tested much for performance but till now how much tested it worked great, it is newly launched and definitely has the edge over others. They delivered within 2 days that was impressive. For best battery performance choose best battery life mode.
