It’s really good for gaming, display is crisp, rtx 4070 is 140 watts max and 16 gb 5600 mhz ram single channel. Just update the drivers and windows before gaming and you are good to go.

The bios and some updates are required. Raw performance is very nice. Keyboard feels next level. Touchpad is nice though not gonna use it much. Cooling system is good. So far no complaints

In my unit i have 2 dead pixels. Flipkart and seller denied replacement even when the laptop was under replacement period. Although the acer software snd bios is way behind other companies in terms of options- no undervolting, no overclocking features. The cpu heats up quite a bit and suspect the life of product might be lower due to prolonged exposure to heat- hence an option for undervolting was required. Display is good but lacks HDR. BIOS is barebones and lacks features. The power modes are weirdly setup- in balance mode the system caps the fan rpm even if cpu temps are going beyond 90 degrees. No option to design your own fan curve. Hardware wise the laptop is good but software is poor. But above all, the price of the product is reasonable. Other companies offering similar machine atleast 40k more. One can go for this.
