amazon sells the product but when you need service of the product bought, its pushed to the reseller. no one owns up the issue. while selling Amazon doesnt mention any ifs and buts. this all comes into picture when yuou need the service for a product which is under warranty.. dont buy, its waste of money and time . bought this product and now repenting as services are appalling
