If you want to buy the product, go for it, it’s good. The build quality is good and things are working as they should, but the reason I am giving 3 stars is because the company that handles servicing called me the day it was delivered and asked me to leave a review. I was busy till the weekend and didn’t get the chance to use it. But, the service agent Wasim called me everyday 2-3 times at a time when I ignored the call. I messaged him and kept on calling even after that even on the weekends. Then I asked him why he was forcing me to leave a review and continuous calling me, he stopped.
Btw, another executive called me and she told me that I should contact her if there is any issue. So, this proves that there is lack of communication between the responsible parties and it definitely involves compensation based on who can get the review done.
But, this is not the way. You can’t force customers for a review so that the customer gets an extended warranty. Hope you learn from this and convey it to the right people who can resolve this.
