The media could not be loaded.
The OTG is a fantastic product right off the box. I have made a few delicacies with it, and all have turned out quite well with the given instruction booklet. The only downside is that I haven’t received the rotisserie hooks with the rod, which is a bummer given it’s fantastic build.
Otherwise no complaints on it’s functionality, it’s a 10/10 product.

The product is pretty good for the most part, but the trays are balanced on some sloped edges, which means if the weight is even a bit more, the trays fall off. A solution to this would be nice.

From your records you will note that we have bought the same OTG a second time. The first one was working fine but it’s upper heating coil stopped working and we could not get them replaced. We bought the second one as we had become quite used to its functioning and controls. The new one came in good condition and is functioning fine. One complaint is that both times the OTG has come without the rest on left for rotisserie rod. This is my feedback.
