Clip to prevent slide was broken inside the box. Used glue to fix that.

The working is really good, the fans are silent.
Keeps my laptop cool throughout my work.
Just one drawback is that the material is really light and a little fragile which was not expected as per the pricing. Need to use carefully or else it can be broke easily.

as a platform that props up your laptop it works. it was just too flimsy for my usage. writing this review after 4 months of usage so I’m writing a long term review. product is not designed for long term usage.
