Amkette Air Budz X20 Truly Wireless Bluetooth In Ear Earphone with Mic (Black)

I trust Amkette because I used to by Amkette CDs, which used to be very good. But this time, I have problems with Amkette, because they have screwed up the most important quality of a wireless earphone: connectivity! But there are loads of good qualities. See below:
On a single charge, the earbuds ran for 4 hours and 10 minutes. That is impressive!
To fully charge, the earphones take close to 2 hours. for 4+ hour performance, that’s OK.
Charging case case takes more than 2 hours to fully charge (Please note that I used a power bank).
Music.
There is latency less than a second. It is very noticeable. But that’s expected of a Bluetooth earphone.
The picture given in Amazon is inaccurate. The earphones do not have matte finish on sides. The plastic looks and feels cheap. Also, it feels like it is about to self-destroy/disintegrate. Very poor quality plastic! Some of the current biscuit packets have better plastic, if you know what I mean!
One LED indicator on the case and both indicators on earphones are not placed correctly. One has to tilt their head to see the light. Probably, this is the defect that made the discount possible. Remember- nothing good comes cheap!
Case came uncharged. I don’t think it is usual. Also, there was no plastic over the charging leads inside the case. These indicate that the one I received may be a returned piece. I am returning mine too. No wonder.
Audio is good. Not great. Decent base, mid and high frequency. I am used to Apple’s wired earphones. Compared to those… Sorry. I cannot compare those!
It comes with a c-type cable. Up to date. Great relief!
Case Looks cute. It small, fits inside my fist. But it also looks weak, and could break the next time I open it after fighting with my wife!
Earphones pair with the phone within seconds after buds are taken out of the case. Good.
Now comes the MAJOR PROBLEMS:
1. Every ten minutes, the earphones get disconnected momentarily and repairs one ear at a time. It takes half a second, but it destroys the listening experience.
2. Microphone SUCKS! I made a few phone calls with this. Every time, I had to switch to my wired earphones, or phone audio because the I wasn’t audible at the other end. The microphone sucks! Amkette, throw your product into the dust bin if you use these microphones.
In short, though it has strong battery power, the microphone and connectivity overshadow its good qualities.

Perfect for listening music, but not good at all for calling. The fit is not perfect. It does not fit snuggly in the ear and there is always a sense of the product falling from the ear unknowingly and without noticing.

First set I received had a cackling noise. The replaced set broke within first few months of use. Not durable at all, doesn’t stay in the ear either. Not worth the price.

Sometimes we always think that we deliver quality of products. Which is yes that’s correct. Delivering good quality service is more than quality product. Can you believe that I have ordered 2 headsets. One headset is vey good but the other headset case contains both of EarPods are left ear . No right ear headphone. You know one more thing out of one left ear head phone marked with plus symbol and other earphone marked with minus symbol. I bought this in India and came to Germany my place without checking them blindly. When I opened it in home, above was the situation.
