Sound quality is so good I just love this earphone. no pain in ears, bass is good and very comfortable. Nothing to complaint it looks beautiful and sounds amazing.

First impressions were awesome,very sturdy build,metal casing,the silicone ear tip is a bit stiff ,I have to replace then with soubdmagic es1 one’s tips,wound quality is awesome,one can actually see the weaving of wires below the outer insulation of wires,its not tangle free so we have to keep it organised,bass is good ,mids and lows are comparable to high end earphones,there is a slight bend on the 3.55mm connector,donno if it is intentional or a design flaw but it doesn’t affect the performance.

Sound Quality – 4 out of 5.
Sound Quality is good. High low and Mids are nice. If you are bass Lover then dont go for it. Its a balanced Earphone. I think Treble is little more.
Service and Support From Amkette – 5 out of 5.
One side of earphone went dead. I visited them and they replaced it hand to hand. If you can’t reach the service centre or its not in your city the courier them, they will send you the new Product. Bill is must. You can easily find it in Amazon Account.
Durability- 2 out of 5.
I have replaced it for 4 times. Even tho using it with precaution it stops working. Out of 4 times 3 times my right Earplug has stopped working. fourth time it was mic which stooped. I requested them if Possible they can upgrade it to Bluetooth version, as I was ready to pay the difference, but Policy barricade doesn’t allowed it. They told me that I can only change this earphone with wired one. So lets see how much time this will word.
So overall, If service centre is Near you then well and good. Go for it. But I didn’t find it durable. Hope Amkette will upgrade these problem soon.
