The product is absolutely working by an app installed to my phone . I faced some difficulty in searching the correct app , to register user account and add the selected plug and selected hub to the app . For the difficulties in app my cousin brother helped me . \n\n After initial setup you need to make sure ZigBee hub is connected to that same router by LAN cable provided in the Smart Plug kit , of which you use Wi-Fi connection at home . And your phone is also connected to the same Wi-Fi while working with the app . \n\n You can add timings in schedule to ON plug on certain day of the week and multiply the process on other selected days or all days of the week . Similarly you can do it to OFF the plug . \n\n You cab also power ON the smart plug or power OFF the smart plug by using the app . , but make sure your phone in connected to same WiFi on which you have connected the ZigBee hub and the smart plug . \n\nNote : do not purchase other smart plug , as you can not add multiple timing and schedule to power ON and power OFF the smart plug on the app .
