Pros:
1. Fits perfectly in cramped spaces. Has a vertical height of 13 inches and width of 23 cm by depth of 23 cm.
2. Very light and easy to install. (It doesn’t come with pipes so when technician call before visit you must instruct him to bring it for you or you can buy yourself)
3. Body is plastic so light weight. Tank supposedly has long warranty which is to be seen.
4. Easy to install and use. Preferably keep it at a height above 4ft or more from the tap else water pressure will be low.
5. AO Smith assures that it is shock proof which is to be seen.
Cons:
1. Heating rate is slow.

It has good heater to go for. Been 1 month, good service installation, it doesn’t come with hose when u buy via Amazon, I had to Pay separately for that.
And it’s quite big.
Performance wise it’s osm, u can go with it
