Totally satisfied with this marvellous piece of Art By AO SMITH. Have been using assembled RO water purifier since last 10 years. Even Kent or any other machine can’t stand in front of this beast. Installation done the very next to next day of delivery as promised by given date. Person by AO smith who came to install the machine was very humble and handled the installation process very calmly. Also he explained me everything and replied to every point i was asking him. Kudos Flipkart and AO SMITH.

This is first water purifier I have bought for 4 people family whilst doing too much research and discussions different family in my block which is made of 48 flats. Last person who was owning KENT water purifier has suggested me to you may try A O smith. I did know name of the company before but then I did in depth study on this specific Z8 as there are Z9 as well as Z10 but I liked Z8. I ordered on 23rd March and arrived at my home on 31 May 2020. I do not have any complain for it. After few day technician arrive at home who made little mistake whilst drilling on my kitchen wall but I felt little upset abut it but than I was thinking about this livelihood. In pandemic skill workers comes out whilst risking their health therefore I forgive him for his mistake. After few days installation Mr Soni have called me to know about feedback and I have registered my feedback which he followed up professionally. In this pandemic, installation engineer Mr Dipak and his head Mr. Soni both have demonstrated professionalism. Machine is working great as it meant for i.e. warm and hot water have given relief from morning harassments. Apart from this water test is great. I strongly recommend people should try A O Smith for better health in this pandemic. Thank you very much A O Smith for your water purifier made available in my city.

A must buy. We are using this product for more than 8 months now. Among all the available choices we choose AO Smith, mainly due to its hot water feature. This purifier gives you warm water to drink and boiled water for cooking in no time. The look is stylish too. Before we made this purchase, yes there were doubts about the quality of product, after-service and all that stuff. But having used the established brand for years, a change was definitely required, as the experience was not that great. So, if health, tasty water, stylish design, and handy hot water is on your mind, then I highly recommend this product.

It’s installed at my home a week ago and it’s working good, feels like natural water and need see the same taste will be there continually or not because I got info that it will change to normal mineral water ( like outside water tin) after few days will update again regarding to it. The hot chamber is damn good and very usefull. 45degrees directly can drink and 80degrees boiled stage.

One of the more better decisions I’ve made pre-covid. I got the product installed during March. Even though installation was delayed a day because of the staff, the product more than made-up for it. I would expect no less from a company like AO Smith. I did not have any issues with the product whatsoever. The hot water feature comes with 2 presets. Press for 45°C, Press and hold for 80°C. Heating from 45 to 80 takes approx. 1.5 mins.\n\nThere are two Cons:\n\n1. The space to keep a bottle to fill is less, so you need to hold the bottle if it’s more than 750ml\n\n2. The \

Pros:\n* Professional service call centre and service personnel. They stick to committed installation time.\n(Flipkart ones are a disaster!)\n\n* Hot and normal option is its USP at this price point.\nNote: Hot option works only when tank level is above 75%. However since there is a purge feature, there have been no instances when hot water was not dispensed.\n\n* It comes with all equipment’s and accessories required for installation including an optional pre filter. It also comes with a stencil to drill the holes for mounting in case you get adventurous to DIY!\n (Eureka Forbes, Kent, you got to buy an additional stand. I had an Aquaguard from the last 10 years)\n\n* Operation is super silent.\n\n***MOST IMPORTANT, Recovery rate is 50%. That means, for every glass of purified water, the purifier rejects one glass.\nAquaguard: 1 Glass pure water, 2-3 Glasses wasted\nKent: 1 Glass pure water, 4-5 Glasses wasted\nI am loving its water recovery efficiency!\n\n* It has a drain plug at the bottom to take large quantity water for cooking.\n\n* Drip tray for easy cleaning\n\n* All Filters are accessible from back panel and fairly easy to replace oneself.\n\nCons:\n\n* It’s too bulky. I received the product in less than 24 hours, and within 24 hours even installation is complete. That is unbelievable. Big shout-out to Flipkart, who I had always thought had higher delivery times compared to rest of the e-retailers.\n\nAll my interactions with AO personnel showed that they were very professional. One single call, and the rest of the events – co-ordination, installation, demo – happened smoothly without me having to follow-up it make additional calls. Bigger shout-out to AO. You are on the right path.\n\nPreliminary assessment of the product is that it is really good. Hot water feature is superb. I should call out here that this is the ONLY water purifier available in the market that is -wall- mountable- and -has hot water feature- and -dispenses water when power is off- . To add, it has an overall capacity of 10L, and that is drinking water sufficient for a whole family for a half day. In the looks department too, it is one of the good looking ones. You get 2 free services in first year of purchase (icing on the cake).\n\nThis purchase turned out to be a winner. After 2-months of search for the right purifier and 1 failed installation (and return) of a different brand purifier, am glad to have checked this one off my to-do.
