It comes at high price but worthy if you are looking for stylish water purifier. One thing I liked most is hot/warm water feature. Hot water you can use for green tea and warm water for drinking in the morning.\nOne hidden thing which might surprise you is water does not disperse if you have power cut. Its controlled via electronic button hence you should choose this only if you have inverter / DG line supply. Now people buying water purifiers of 25k are expected to have Power backup feature at home so I don’t se an issue here.

Using this product upto 5 moths still no issue good working condition no noise very less water wastage and instant hot water overall god water purifier under this prize range and also costmer ask feedback every time best to buy\n\nCons\n\nIt’s doesn’t work without electricity \n\nHeat water generation while tank is full of course its doesn’t matter we always keep 💯 tank ful \n\nTo much cost of filters upto 7000 I gess \n\nThat’s it if u want save water at any cost then u definitely go for this

After having a good experience for 6 months.. it has been a nightmare. Fliter stops working after every 2 months. And it has not even completed 1 yr for me and I have called the service man thrice already. Very bad experience

awesome product and good service. absolutely pleased with this purifier water heater functunability is added advantage very intelligent purifirer but one thing to share u cannont even get the water which lies in its fully filled tank without electricity

We had purchased this product about two weeks back. \nFlipkart’s delivery was on time. The installation from AO Smith happened a day before the ETA. The engineer was very meticulous and methodical with the installation of the product and explained it’s functions in detail.\n\nWe have been drinking water from this product since them and I must say that the taste is really awesome compared to my previous RO. The water supplied to our society has a hardness of around 800 TDS. I had a Green RO from Aquaguard and used it for 10 years without any issues until the adapter and motor finally gave in. I wanted to purchase a more advanced product with more storage capacity and hot water dispensing features. After a lot of research, I finally selected AO Smith Z9. Solid build quality and noiseless purification with advanced technology, perhaps the best amongst the competition. The price offered by Flipkart was really the best one as compared to other platforms. The product is superb. If you are thinking of a great product with these many features then, I would really recommend AO Smith Z9 based on my usage and experience. Just go for it. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Guys I seriously recommend not to buy. After 6 months fly appears in hot water side. One of the worst part is the service. These people are worst in giving service. You keep on calling and they will tell, will attend . Still after 3 weeks no one has appeared anywhere near my area (Bangalore south).\n\nI strongly recommend not to buy. Better to go for Kent to get best service.

It’s been more than 6 months using this product and it’s a very good RO with Hot water as well. I would recommend this product to everyone and the service provided by AO Smith is also good.
