Apple does seem to release stable product over time and has not ever shrunk from selling stable and durable products.
Here are some findings after using the product for over 7 months now.
Battery- Easily lasts for 2 days with 5% still to spare. Mind you I had done a 5Km walk climbed multiple stairs i these two days.
Call & Voice- very easy to hear and crisp voice when used as a handsfree, very useful while driving
Durability- without any protective casing the watch fell once and got knocked on wall and doors quite a number of times but not a single scratch overall
Water- without any protective casing i had put it under running tap and it has simply shrugged off the water. So i can vouch that it can easily shrug off rain and splashes of water. Did not use while swimming.
Function- vibrations and alert monitoring to change of HR, alert for time for meditation, alarms and stopwatches worked liked breeze. Calculate exact footsteps unlike MI, Fitbit and Honor bands. Calculates exact standing and calorie count. Sends out alert in case of medical emergencies and cardiac fibrillation. Music and call control are breeze. Use of haptics and message reply handsfree is way too easy.

My First Apple Watch!!! Simply Amazing.
I used to wear China smartwatch earlier but I never felt anything like what I feel after wearing Apple Watch. It’s original and superb.
The heart rate monitor is super accurate.
Best part is that you simply can access all your notifications in your apple watch which means you don’t need to remove your cell from pocket again and again. You can reply to any messages in your watch itself and also it shows suggestions of auto replies which I feel is best.
There is call feature in this watch which lets you make calls from your watch and you can speak in your watch itself. You can ask Siri to call someone.
You can start your goals daily basis which helps you to maintain your health everyday.
The torch light is very nice. I haven’t used gps yet but I think that is gonna be another great feature. You can share your album from mobile upto 500 photos. And then choose which of them to keep or not for Apple Watch face. I loved the mickey face it’s really very cute. I don’t know the difference between Apple Watch 3 and 4 but I feel if you want to spend less penny and feel rich just buy one series 3 Apple Watch.
You will not be disappointed.
Main thing of this watch is that you need to put a scratch guard or else your watch might get scratches. Ofcourse the quality of glass is pretty nice however you don’t wana risk your glass as we don’t have control on people while walking or travelling they can simply just hit your watch. I have been looking for the scratch guards but I was only getting simple which which has black thick border on it. Don’t buy it guys it will spoil the originality of your watch and touch is not great. I would recommend if you are in Mumbai then go to Anupam stores in Borivali they have nice 299 rs scratch guard for watch which is fully covering your watch and you won’t even come to know that you have put glass on your watch.

I am really impressed by the smooth operation and the kind of functionality it provides.. a must buy watch.. worth the money. According to its price point especially during festive seasons it justifies its value for money more than series 4 or 5.
