The machine is not sturdy and keeps developing some problems. Overflow is a repeat issue. In my parents case it stopped working in 10 days with some electronic part failure. If it was with one machine, I could have thought as an isolated issue. I am having issues with two machines bought at an interval of 15-20 days.

Product is really good.
TDS before water purifier was 800+ and this device is able filter water in very way and now the TDS value is showing 70+
Also the water taste is awesome 👍.. along with this device technician suggested additional outer purifier which costs around 1200
