    Never buy this product online because there is lot of mis management in Eureka Forbes, if you purchase online , the installation engineering will never installed the product and you will be denied installation as it was purchased online.

    We received the product on 28 September in mint condition. We have been waiting for installation ever since. \nThe product has gone us a great service with my elderly parents getting a wonderful way to use their time effectively by staying on hold at the Flipkart Call Center to ask for the delivery date. \nAs a mode of customer engagement this would have been a dream for flipkart, as i have spent most of my evenings calling and writing to them.\nIn terms of share of heart and share of wallet, they have done better with the former. Given how much i think about them, they would have been better off conning me of at least ten times the amount.
