The media could not be loaded.
We bought it in the month of Dec 2020 and we faced issues once the warrenty period comes to end. Service executive said to replace the filter cartridges RO etc and it will cost us 4k plus. So every year we need to charge 5k plus to drink water along with machine cost of 18k. This is rediculous. So I am investing 20 rupees per 15 liters. Warranty costs you 5.2k per year and also no free service as the service executives are always in hunger for money who will say there are damages and need to change catridges frequently. Please go for other options except eureka.

Aquaguard is one of the cheating company. I purchased this model on 21st june 2021, after installation we noticed that filter is not work properly and sediment water comming out. The m/c is not totally efficient with zero pressure, technician said after 4 months m/c will be fully damaged. I request several times for exchange the model but till now not get it. Totally cheat with me.

I’ve been using this product for around 1 year and certainly its worst product from Eureka forbes. First couple of months its mfl filter got damaged and now its filter which cost around 5k!
Customer care tells though product is in Warren the part is not! Do you know b4 buying the amount of water you are suppose to get is not more than 1500ml/day?I didn’t as no one gives such information while buying.Plz choose better option and save your hard earned money.

We dislike this product as it has manufacturing defect of the tap.we called to the customer care for the service but they said you have to pay for the defect part.so my review is it is a very bad product

No after sale service. Very Pathetic response from company once you buy the product. Don’t buy Aqua Guard ever. If they can cheat Defence Officers rest assured what they capable of.
