Recieved after 4 days of tentative delivery date, installation next day but still no billing received on mail after complaint, only issues are from seller and flipkart side. Water purifier is good in working and taste adjuster works fine. Overall product is five star but due to water wastage in purification process (approx 3 times) & 900 extra for one external filter giving it 4 Star.

Good product, installation and technician is very poor,he doesn’t know how to adjust RO and not now i am facing problem with TDS it is very low

Product is good and it looks good.Installation service is very prompt as usual.Technician sumit Bhattacharjee is a very good and he has proper knowledge and he is efficient.he has completed whole installation with in 30 mins.for that reason I love Eureka forbes.they have good product and stong team.

Product is good and I can give 5 star to product but I didn’t get any message regarding installation person details after buying the product. Installation person charged me extra 1100 for pre filter which costs around 900 I think and he also din’t give me any receipt for that. One another issue is this product does handle high pressure well so installation guy suggested me to install pressure reducing valve which also costs around 800 or 900 which we have to pay extra for installation.
