We bought the product in October. Within 5 months, it started leaking. We raised a service request and were given a timeline of 3 hours. This was our only source of drinking water. We were assigned a technician immediately and were told that technician would visit in another hour. We waited entire day, contacted customer support twice, escalated the request from service app but to no avail. We didn’t get a call from the technician neither from the support team which supposedly made our request highest priority.
After entire day of waiting at 9 PM, we had to arrange alternatives for drinking water. Pathetic customer service. If you are looking for a good customer service don’t buy products from this company.
