In this product have 6.2 storage capacity and easy to install and this product is my favorite 👌

The purifier gets chocked very frequently. Problem is with it’s microfilter, which initially used to get chocked in 10/15 days time and now it has chocked in 3 days after servicing. The input water is from Tatasteel water treatment plant, one of the best potable water of the country. Hence its gross mistake in the design of the purifier. This has become a showpiece without any use.
My request to the manufacturer please replace it with a suitable one.

Bought product in Dec 2022. 1st malfunction occurred in Jan 2023 – of Auto shut off feature. Product stopped working and Service Engineer had to change a part. No water output for 3-4 days.
2nd malfunction occurred in March 2023 – on 25.03.2023 to be precise. Again machine stopped working, with blue light on and red light blinking. Service Engineer says Composite filter needs to be replaced. Cost Rs. 2500+. I asked why it needs replacement in just 3 months. He says water quality might be bad or consumption is very high. But both doesn’t make sense: Supply water is already treated water coming from a Water treatment plant; Consumption is just by a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. He has no answer, but insists on replacement.
This means life of Composite filter is 3 months, and per year we’ll have to spend (2500×4 times a year) i.e. Rs. 10,000 on filter replacement. So, for a product costing around Rs. 10,000 the annual maintenance cost is another Rs. 10,000! What kind of loot is this???
As on date my family is without water from the purifier for the 6th day running. Service Engineer has closed my service request without my consent. I have placed a new service request, but no further response. PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! Still awaiting resolution…

no warrenty no service …nothing is good
not good purifier . custmer care service is negligible .

Well Suitable for our need when water connection is from municipal corporation. As municipal corporation does remove hardness from water already so we just need to do particle filtration and UV treatment for virus/bacterias.
