After sales service(installation, candle change) requires 2months daily calls, 6-7 times visit of technicians(1-2hours each time), 5-6times mails. Whereas the job requires 1 call, 1 visit from technician and maximum an hour.
Regular shopper –
Received with damaged connecting wire.Complaint registered with the company and wire replaced . After installing, water leakage from the water purifier, water leakage observed. Complaint registered, service engineer attended but problem is not solved. Storage tank broken as told by the service engineer. Service engineer has already attended it thrice (3 times) but problem is not resolved. I have faced defficulties within short period of purchased of the product. KINDLY ARRANGE TO REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY.

Product is very good. I’m very happy with this product. I really prefer UV model than the RO model. There is only one bad news that the service from Aquaguard is very poor. So I had install it by self. But thanks to Aquaguard makers who made this product easy for installation. So, i did not faced any issue during setup this product by self.

Aquaguard service is very poor, they have to install this product within 48 hours, but it’s over a week, but I am waiting for them to come and install, I made complaints several time in their customer care but no results. Really frustrating.
Now after 3 months its all filter and parts and damange then technician are come after call many time they can never change it and they demand service charge and new filter charge because product is fake nd last 6 digit of bar code is removed by seller

വാങ്ങുന്നത് കൊള്ളാം. വാങ്ങി രണ്ടു ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇത് വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോ അവിടെ വിളി ഇവിടെ വിളി എന്നൊക്കെ പറയും. ആഫ്റ്റർ സെയിൽ ഒരു സർവീസും ഇല്ല. ആദ്യം വിളിച്ചത് ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്യാം വന്ന ആളെ അയാൾ വേറെ ആളെ വിളിക്കാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞു ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ച്വയ്ത ആളെ തന്നെ വിളിക്കണം എന്ന്.. പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് സാധനം വാങ്ങിയ നമ്മൾ…….
