Randomly quit working for no reason I can see. Tried setting it back up multiple times and would not work. Asus makes the set up extremely easy, and I’ve done it multiple times. The only reason I go with Asus. And of course my return window is closed. Don’t buy ANY of the used ones as they have likely had the same problem.

The only reason I bought another, is because I dropped the first one and broke it. I had been using the router for about three years before I had to purchase another. I bought a NETGEAR AZ 1750 first, after my ASUS broke, because when I went into Bestbuy all of the AC 1900s, they had said they had in stock were sold out. The NETGEAR sucked, and would drop my connection repeatedly. So, I took that back, and ordered another ASUS AC1900 WiFi Router (RT-AC67P) on Amazon.
This model router is a workhorse, and is very reliable. Fast GIGABIT internet speeds just work out of the box. I have two switches attached to the router. One switch is a slower speed 10/100 switch. On the NETGEAR router, having that switch attached would cause the router to set the entire network to 10/100, slowing everything down. How stupid! I will never purchase NETGEAR again. ASUS is the best, IMHO.

A few days of this thing in my house and so much as an unkind glance will make it not even let ethernet work
