I never did get it to run Windows 11. Installation attempts returned an incompatibility message with no details. It runs Windows 10 fine so that’s what I’m running. The board is fast. Asus does not have technical support for setup, so beginners need to look for a simpler board.. The PCIe 4.0 lanes are crazy fast with compatible devices, memory management is excellent. It does not support SGX so forget about playing, or copying, UHD movies, but it does support 4K, HDMI 2.1, and HDR. It took me all day to get it setup, the results are satisfactory, not awe inspiring, just satisfactory. It was a lot of work. Update (03/13/2022) I finally gut Asus tech support on the telephone after three days of trying. I finally got Windows 11 to load and run, but PCIe_1 would only run at 8x 3.0. Back to Asus nonsupport and got that fixed. The board is fast and stable but it requires a monumental effort to get it there. All in all it took 3 days to get it set up right. UPDATE: I have been using this motherboard for about 4 months. Incredibly stable, very fast and easy to overclock. Up grade to 4 stars.

Love this board, it has worked out amazing, no hiccups at all, no problems, the second I booted it up it just worked like a charm and was dead silent. Prob the least problematic builds I ha e ever encountered, I’m 39 years old been building since I was 15 ….. This one was the best of all time. I wish I would have gotten access to the rocket lake i9 , but it sold out so quickly, rediculous, in about 10 min starting at midnight I think. Was about to send the board back and say I’m over it….then did some research and found the 11th gen i7 was also 8 core 16 thread and can be pushed to perform very close to the i9 for 240 bucks cheaper. I went for the i7 and ohhhhh boy this thing screams fast, glad I did. I will list the other parts I ordered for my build and exact links if possible, but I went with the “be quiet 1000 watt platinum powersupply” and it’s dead silent, LOVE it…. Went with the cooler master H500 ARGB Airflow ModTower case…also amazing and easy build, let me hide all the wires with wash and looks killer with the glass panel, the Corsair H100i RBG Platinum SE AIO cooler ( btw this was the easiest and the coolest cooler I have ever installed, just unbelievable ) m2 drives wester digital black..some are pci express 4.0 to sync with the z590 chipset and 12th gen rocket lake, get those, for Ram I only went 4 sticks =64 gigs of Crucial 32GB Ballistix RGB DDR4 3200 MHz UDIMM Gaming Desktop Memory Kit (2 x 16GB, Black) x2 …. With those parts you will love the build. Also make sure you attach all 4 power connectors to the motherboard, if not it won’t boot, its the first board that I have build that requires 4 power connectors , makes sense though this board is no joke it’s hight capable of pushing serious overclock…..I don’t even overclock , I just like knowing I have a board that can hang, means if I don’t it will last me much longer, parts, capacitors, heat sinks to keep everything frosty cool, just healthy for your investment I. General overclock we or not….

Scheda madre molto bella esteticamente e anche di prestazioni….l’unico lato negativo è che ho avuto qualche problema con questo componente dato che mi è arrivato 2 volte difettoso. Problema aggiuntivo è con i banchi di ram che si sente un continuo “coil-wine” quando ho due programmi di gestione led per queste, le deseleziono dal software della asus, armoury crate (ora non compaiono più), e imposto un effetto su icue, ma per quanto abbia fatto questo continuano a fare il rumorino di sottofondo. Per il resto la scheda madre funziona molto bene. Consiglio a chi acquista questa scheda madre, essendo di fascia alta, per esperienza, acquistate anche un UPS per evitare di fargli arrivare sbalzi di corrente e quindi di rovinarla
