Flipkart Customer –
It is as good as it claims it is. Played Red Dead Redemption 2 at Ultra settings with constant 70-80 fps and Rainbow Six Siege with 250+ fps. Definitely go for this product as the 300hz refresh rate is just absolutely brilliant along with its temperatures which don’t cross 50 degrees even when at Turbo and multitasking. Ryzen 9 at its best. No heating issues whatsoever! Tried a stress test with Red Dead Redemption 2, VSCode, 3 browsers, Uplay, Steam, Epic store, GOG Galaxy and Microsoft teams open and running on parallel. No issues whatsoever. 3070/3080 would feel like extra waste of money when you have this beast with you. The charger is 15A, I need a 15 to 5 converter on my switch or ad for it, else evrmerything seems perfect. Althlough browsers like chrome and apps like Microsoft teams tend to hang and there seems to be a lot of updates but that is okay in the initial stage. Could have given a 2 TB SSD for this price, would have given a 100/100 if the above were covered

GOOD…
1- RYZEN 9 5900x is the multitasking powerhouse…
2- RTX 3060 is more than enough for 1080p max gaming.
GEARS 5 – 70+
SHADOW OF TOMB RAIDER – 70+
HORIZON ZD – 60+
RDR2 – 50+ ( don’t use MSAA… it will go 70+)
METRO EXODUS EE – 60+
DAYS GONE – 70+
EVIL WITHIN 2 – 60+
3- SCREEN 17.3 inches 1080p 300hz is vibrant and super bright. it has 100 sRGB.
4- keyboard is nice and the RGB lighting is cool.
5- 16 gb ram 1 tb ssd.
6- 6 house battery backup for normal uses.
7- very cool and silent on Performance mode.
8- Good cooling system.
NOT SO GOOD-
1- sound is good and clear but not loud.
2- function keys marking are not very visible. they can be difficult to see in some cases.
3- ports placings are odd for me.
4- Provided webcam can be better
BAD–
1- NO CARD READER
2- You need to plug it in the 16amp sockect.

Excellent purchase with a slight tinch
Pros-
Blazing fast boot times (Windows update(s) so blazing fast)
Monster at handling almost all titles @1080p
17.3 inch screen makes the laptop a joy to watch
Backlit keyboard looks amazing at night specially perkey RGB mode
Battery life is awesome considering gaming laptop (put this thing on energy saver and i get 6-8 hours easy)
The touch of the lid is smooth , the only metallic component – still sturdy
Keys are a joy to type (I am a blogger), coming from a stiff Macbook Pro retina mid- 2015 (this is my preference yours can differ)
Laptop charges fairly fast as compared to other gaming laptops
I once had an alienware m15x R3 and comparing to that , this is a super light laptop
Cons-
Low speaker volume – speakers are not terrible it has some good bass , but it is very low in volume if you are planning to watch movies or songs for instance
Lid is a bit flimsy and i always find myself taking very good care while flipping down
Right out of the box i was disappointed , had to tweak some screen settings as the screen had yellowish tint
There is no pause button on the quick fly panel layout – this is a big one for me striking 1 star off
Gets a little hot even while chrome has some tabs on
As they say there is no perfect gadget or perfect laptop for this instance . So if you ask me my personal rating would be 8.5/10
This is a damn good purchase if you could get hold of one
I hope this helped ! Thanks

It’s a great laptop for content creators and media consumption and ryzen 5900HX is a wonderful processor pair with a RTX 3060. This laptop is simply amazing
Also the 16 amp power cable which is included to a bit frustrating but you can easily swap it for a normal 12 amp IEC power cable
Pros
– Great performance
– IPS display with 100% SRGB
– 90 watts battery
Cons
– gets a little warm

As expected laptop is giving average performance as per the RTX 3060 laptop.
R9 5900HX is fast and well optimized processor.
Display is good, bright (1080p, 300HZ) color accurate ( 100% SRGB ).HDR supported.
Viewing angles are good but not as sharp as WQHD display.
Speakers are downfiring and get muffled when the laptop is placed on bed.
Volume is medium and my S21 ultra sounds far better than this.
Design is sleek, very modern and I like the look. Bezelless design renders the chasis feel like 15.6 inch laptop.
Never had the feeling that i am using a 17 inch laptop, its not bulky than the other 17 inch gaming device.
RGB keyboard is good but not mechanical. Keyboard flex not presernt.
Lid is of metal and keyboard is sitted on smooth hard plastic so hand rest is good. Touchpad is also good.
I mainly play valorant and getting 190-200 fps on high settings. During long sessions fps drops down to 150-160 fps.
One iGPU switch in Armoury Crate is present but its not the mux switch.
So discrete graphics output not possible without attaching a seperate monitor.
This performance is not at all expected from so a costly device.
Most Welcome thing is that a seperate ROG Eye ( Detouchable Webcam ) is provided along with this laptop
which is of far better quality than common 720p inbuilt webcam provided in many gaming laptops.
Thermals and battery backup (90wh) is very good ( May be due to R9 5900HX and liquid metal / vapour chamber cooling dont know)
Wifi 6 is good and getting same ping in game as RJ45 connection. Range is very good.
Bluetooth range is not good for wireless buds ( using Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro here), Doesnt work outside room.
Overall very good laptop for day to day work but not for hardcore gamers.
At the Price 1.55L its a decent laptop but not value for money for hardcore gamers,
At this price asus should provide RTX3070
Attaching few images taken on my iphone 12 pro max.
