After using this phone for 2 weeks it almost surprised me.
# I didn’t feel any over heating problems.
# Can give rating of 3.5 to camera.
# No lagging issues.
# Display clarity is really good.
# Speaker is not that loud, almost miss every phone calls.
# It has amazing battery backup. Last me more than a day.
# Almost 2GB Ram space is free at start up.
What I feel really annoying is that , there is almost 55 built in ASUS application which is using around 3 GB of internal storage and when you connect to internet all of them need to be updated. And there is also system update waiting cost you around 300MB.
Overall I am pretty impressed!

Review after 24 hrs of usages:
Pros:
Antutu Score (with all apps installed): 39783
64 BIT Octacore processor (Sanpdragon 1.7 Ghz)
3 GB RAM
Good looks (all black)
Good front cam (excellent for selfie),
Nice 13 MP (loads of feature)
Loads of customization (themes and other apps)
Always 1.2 to 1.5 GB of memory availbable
No lags while playing Asphalt 8 and Subway surfer
Ample space (16 GB + 128 GB expandable)
Both SIM supports 4G (LTE)
Android 5.0.2
Battery full charged lasted entire day with all WhatsApp and other usages
Fast charge
Cons:
PPI is 320, I wish it should have been 401 or more as MI gives 445 PPI in MI4 priced same. It could easily have been 1920×1280. Well you get something and loose something.
Only 1 Ringtone
At this price range it believe its one of the best phone one can buy.

HI I am Amit, I am using this phone since last 10 days. My last phone was Redmi Note and Before that I was using Sony Neo V.(It means I am not a rookie in Gadgets and all) 😀
Most of the guys are confused among Asus Zenfone 2 Laser and K3 note.
And most of the guys who have selected Asus Zenfone 2 laser are confused in 3 GB variant and 2 GB variant.
Dont think that much. Just go for Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 3GB version.
Why its better than K3 Note?
Difference is here:
1. K3 note is very light weight in compared to Asus Zenfone. The build quality of Asus is awesome. Trust me its really heavy and gives feel like you are using a 13K phone.
2. Zenfone has better UI and has more features than K3 note.
3. You can uninstalled Pre-installed application in Asus to free up your RAM. K3 note just try to remove Wechat which was pre-installed. You won’t.
4. Laser technology in Zenfone. Awesome macro photographs. LASER REALLY WORKS.
5. More RAM 3 GB. After first boot you will get 1.9 GB to use. I have installed many apps. Now I have 1.2 – 1.5 GB free at every moment.
6. Pixelmaster application. Go and see review in Google Play. Its awesome.
7. Awesome looks. Its very comfortable to handle. RED one is Damn awesome. They worked quite well on designing.
8. Still Exploring…………
Why its better than 2 GB variant?
Difference is here:
1. 1GB Additional RAM
2. 1.5 Ghz processor.. 2 GB phone has 1.2 only
3. More powerful Processor Snapdragon 615 . 2 GB version has Snapdragon 410.
Yes there is little heat at the upper side while playing games. But thats not actually heat.. that is warm. Heat is more extensive thing which you feel in micromax phones. Go for 3 GB version without second thought.
People saying Sound is not that loud. Man its not a typical Chinese phone. Sound is decent enough and I think its quite loud. And you can increase the loudness in the Audio Wizard and make it upto Chinese phone sounds.

Got my handset prior before on 02 Nov as committed on 07th Nov. Flipkart doing grt job in delivering product..
Well about Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 is nice mobile, after using complete 1 day, I’m completely satisfied with it, good calling voice, Battery back-up & handset look.
Only one con is, Asus is not providing headset along with mobile, since other headsets are not enough compatible with Asus Mobiles. Music Voice is quite low while using other headsets, though 2 music players pre-installed in it, but no one is giving good & big voice.
I think Asus hv to work on this. Rest all is pretty good.
Thnx

Hi, Its been two weeks that am using this Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5. Intentionally waited for long to check maximum features of this phone before writing a review.
As promised by flipkart, I got my phone much before the actual delivery date, in fact within just 48 hours and I must appreciate flipkart in terms of delivering the product within time.
This phone is truly amazing and believe me, am just loving it. There are lot of positives and few negative points to note:
Pros:
The amazing 3 GB RAM. No other phone with 3 GB RAM you can get in this budget (INR 12999).
Though there were a lot of pre-loaded apps already installed in the phone, most of them can be un-installed in you feel them not required. The RAM space left after all preloaded apps was just 1.6 GB after un-installing the unnecessary apps, there was more than 2.4 GB RAM space left.
The display in really good but you cannot expect more because it is coming with just 320 PPI
Amazing battery back up as it is coming with 3000 mAh battery. It lasts minimum 36 hours with 3G continuously on.
Because of it curvy finish, it is easy to handle.
Performance of this phone is commendable. It can easily do multi tasking with 7-8 apps running all the time in background and with no lags.
A lot of options to customize in Camera while taking pics or videos.
Cons:
Asus claims as 13 MP camera but it really doesn’t look like that. Nevertheless, it takes decent pictures even in dull light. Flash is also good.
Touch sensitivity is great but in my phone sometimes it automatically takes double tap (little annoying while using Instagram because a double tap will like other pics 😉 )
Overall, as I said earlier, a lot of good features and very few not so good features. But still I feel this Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 is really worth for 5 stars.
I would definitely recommend this phone.!!

after quite a research on this scenario i chose this zenfone 5.5 3gb snapdragon 615
trust me guys this phone is a beast though not thoroughly reviewed on INTERNET it was kinda gamble but turned out to be great
pros
snapdragon 615 octa @1.5ghz (can handle almost every high end game from nova 3 to gta sa )
3 gb ram (always get 1.5 gb available )
massive 5.5 inch ips display
adreno 405 gpu (as in mi4i ,moto x play )
highly customizable ui (100% stutter or lag free)
corning gorilla glass 4 (beat that !)
sound quality is premium (comes from music freak)
great looks in any way does’nt look like under 15 k smartphone
3000 mah battery (great indeed)
laser autofocus system 13 mp rear 5 mp front
loads of mods in camera
cons
now to controversy about the camera
well camera is quite well for price range not that great but will work fine
lazer autofocus does wonders works everytime
front cam is great
also with so many settings one can manage great camera experience
location of power button at top is another con but marvellous sensetive screen does wonder double tap to sleep/wake plus gestures even when screen is inactive
after reading enough criticizm about the camera gave me second thoughts but this is worth it everything is great not a single major flaw to date with proper settings camera too is phenomenal thats worth it
overall zenfone lazer 5.5 is worth a purchase with its glorious specs for price range to stability overall experience is a bliss much better than any moto g varient or lenovo k3 note if youre planning to buy one and if youb manage to get black varient consider yourself lucky
get this phone you wont regret peace out

After a week of use here’s my verdict.
The phone is perfect for everyday usage camera performance and quality is exceptional as compared with other 13MP camera, colors are real to life. Performance is good for daily and moderate gaming as I am using it. No lags in daily usage. Thanks to 3GB RAM 1.3GB is always free. This relax me for my purchase is future proof for at least 2 Years against projected application growth. Quite happy with the battery. Charging 80-90% in the morning. Having 40-50% remaining till 9:00PM with 7-8Hours of Wifi. 30 Min of 3G, 15 minutes of gaming, and frequent calling and whatapp, facebook.
The only Con is the Screen is HD Rather Full HD but quality and clarity is good enough to compete with full HD. But FHD Screen effect of exact black and white is missing. That’s acceptable for a 13K Laser Autofocus Phone.
