5) only concern is that Plug is not provided. If I knew I would have purchased branded plug before installation . I had to buy whatever plug available with service man.

I want to share my experience regards to the installation .
As I was expecting the technician to arrive ..some one called in my registered number and took my location details ,reached home and started installation process ,charged me for the pipes and plug .
While he was working another person called and addressed himself as technician from bajaj for installation.
I informed that someone is already doing the job. I had a doubt so asked this second man if there is any charge for pipe and plug.This man refused for any such and informed that pipes are free of cost ,not included in the box but bajaj technician carries it during the time of installation.
I immediately went to verify that first guy. We understood that he was from some local vendor not bajaj.
We immediately asked him to stop his work and called second guy to complete the installation.
I am not sure how local vendor got my purchase details ,could be flipcart shared ..not sure. But please be extra careful and check before agreeing to pay .
Points to note –
When someone comes for installation look for the ID card ,ask the company he is coming from .If company mismatches from the product you bought then stop and verify from customer care.
Original company technician will provide you bills and sign on the warranty card.
Local vendors will unnecessarily charge you money and will refuse to sign in the warranty card or produce any bill.
Please be careful.
