Its silent compared to my earlier brass fan. This i purchased due to blade cracking and then breaking from body while in operation. Luckily no one was close by. checked the other two blades which had hairline crack and was not worth the repair. Replacement of needed.

On April 08th I had bought 2 Fans, since my house painting work was going I had kept the Fans and today when I asked electrician to fit the Fans for my surprise both the fans are defective, one fan is not even rotating and another fan souding like a big machine

Fan not working properly as per specification.I’m very much unsatisfied with this product.

Ordered two fans of this model at a time, one was found ok while other one was defective. Intitiated to replacement, done on time but second time again received defective product.
Installing a ceiling fan twice and uninstalling twice was painful and finaly I requested to return not replacement.
First time I received such poor service from Amazon and its associated vendor that they are sending product without testing or intentionally sending faulty product resulting me to bear pain of Installation and uninstallation twice and also incurred financial burden in paying to electrician twice.
Although you have replacement / return policy yet returning / replacing gives pain particular in products like ceiling fan where one has to stand bolting the fan on ceiling and again taking out from ceiling multiple times
