It’s a good griller which can easily grill 2 big sandwiches together. However there is some fundamental issue with the thermostat knob, in case you wish to increase or decrease the heat setting of the thermostat when grilling is in progress you cannot do so and the thermostat knob becomes very hard. If this issue gets rectified, then 5 stars!

I wanted to have a good grill to make quick sandwiches and grill vegetables. This serves my purpose very well. The product is heavy and big but at the same time very good looking chrome finish. The grill plates inside are smooth and easy to clean. There is oil tray in the back to collect extra oil and left over after cleaning. I can easily grill 4 large and 6 medium sized sandwiches of various heights. Good product to buy.

Works Perfectly. Though the plate/heating rod switches off and on on its own wishes.. Slow cooking isn’t really an option. The plate gets hot immediately.. Cooks perfect grill sandwiches.. The dial sounds flimsy but its ok. Once the plate gets hot it switches off by itself even though the dial is on high..

A corner was broken. The size seemed too big for domestic use. Not a sleek family size sandwich maker that I really wanted. I returned the item.
