The cooker works great, makes prefect rice, my only issue is with cleaning. The plate on the lid is not detachable and the rubber lining of the plate is not detachable either, hence after cooking the cleaning is a bit tedious, you have to use wet cloth few times, also the access water reservoir that collect extra water is not easy to clean, you have turn the whole cooker up side down clean it. There is not enough trap for bubbling water appearing at the top is not adequately contained, some times the cooker gets spilled over starchy foam around the top knob. May be the manufacturer will address these issue in the next model. The rice comes out perfect, each grain separate and well cooked. It keeps the rice warm for 3-4 hrs. I am happy that I don’t have to brake the condensed lump of rice that use to come out from a regular pressure cooker.
