The product is value for money, delivered on time by flipkart.

It takes awful time to get heated up.( nearly 20 minutes).\nHeating is good for room of 10 x 14 size or less but not for your main visitor \nroom. It also consumes less energy than other conventional heaters.

Impressed with fast delivery and quality of the product. Although, it consumes too much electricity but overall performance is very good.

Horrible experience. The heater smells of oil despite running it for multiple days. When asked for refund, we were forced to first order a replacement. The replacement order also has the same issue of oil smell (which is not there in a heater of Havells which we already have). Now, we got a refund option available which we tried to avail. However, to our surprise, after 5 days it states that the return is cancelled. Following up again. Don’t buy.\n\nPS: Flipkart refused the refund/replacement making a lot of excuses (quoting some internal processes). I am left with this poor product as a scrap. Honestly, please don’t buy, such a waste of money and time. Go for a reliable brand.
