The headphones fit comfortably in the ear and have great quality sound for the price you pay for it, just some technical software which isn’t that great.
Bluetooth is a bit annoying to connect up to but eventually I got it to work, as well as when disconnecting the headphones from your device (my Apple iPhone) you have to turn your Bluetooth entirely off in order to disconnect the headphones fully from your phone.
If you don’t disconnect fully, they will still be connected even when the individual headphones are placed back into their case. All sound (video, music, calls, txt notifications) will still play through the headphones when they are in the case and the case is closed.

Having given up now on cheap but obscure brands of both wired & wireless headphones that inevitably & intentionally fall apart after a few months worth of very moderate usage, I though i would invest in a decent set. So far I have been very pleased I have! You immediately notice an immense difference in sound quality & get the feel (all be it only a week in!) that these buds will go the distance.
I’ve had one issue with a bud going down but this was factored in on the instruction manual which came with the product & after a bit of fiddling about I got it back up again.
A note of caution – I spent a lot of time researching these, even being prepared to go very expensive with some top name brands but…. If you read the reviews for a lot of the very expensive sets there is a disproportionally large of amount of “negative” comments where people have been experiencing the exact same issues I’ve had with the cheap “Micky Mouse” branded ones! I really bought the Belkin ones on the fact that they didn’t have anywhere near as many negative comments!

The worst earbuds I’ve ever owned. If you have an iPhone, good luck pairing these. Absolute joke and not even worth the sale price of $39. You’ll spend more time trying to get these to pair than actually using them as earbuds. Go with the Anker soundcore a20i. These are being returned. Sound quality is also worse than those I previously mentioned
