One of the drivers malfunctioned after 9 months of purchase, i raised an issue with the customer care.. Blaupunkt personnel came in about 7 days and replaced the whole package with a new set of soundbar and woofer…no questions asked… Impressed with the aftersales as well, no doubt the sound quality is top notch for the money we pay!!

I really like the defining overall sound quality and its base. Perfectly fits my space and expectation. I use Itunes to play music without any equalizer adjustment and flat profile. But pretty impressed with the sound quality. To be frank I was afraid from the comments but turns out that’s not true.
Don’t let any preconceived comments discourage you; give it a try and prepare to be pleasantly surprised. Remember, for the best music experience, opt for a quality streaming service and enjoy your favorite music to the fullest. Thanks!

This sound bar is about 40inch. Long and subwoofer is about 1ft8inch high, gives tremendous sound with high quality when used in 3d mode ON. I am using it with my smartTV by connecting it using HDMI cable (ARC mode). The quality can be tested by playing Dolby digital sound clips in YouTube, it is excellent in sound for a big room or hall may be 20*15 sq ft. Got it in Amazon sale just under 8000. NO HDMI cable is provided, you have to buy your own and it helps in clear connectivity.

Performance of this soundbar is very unpredictable. Even while watching movie or web series, the sound become low or blurry that you cant understand the dialogues. At timesit feels that the quality of the sound has been deteriorated. I really regret to buy this band product. It was expensive on Amazon than its own website. I had to pay more as i bought from Amazon.
Two major observations 1) 1 rubber leg was missing from the Woofer. 2) The two sockets to hang the Soundbar was fixed in a reverse order. The left piece was on the right side and vice a versa. Had to unscrew both the latches and flipped the side and fixed it to hang the sound bar finally on the Wall. No Model # was mentioned on the Box. This has costed me ₹1000 more as compared to the price on Blaupunkt website for the same Model. So these are some of the issues due to which I am not so delighted with this product.
