Sound quality could have been better.
It could have been more louder.
One of the biggest flaws that I felt is that, the earphone is too slippery and so falls down many a times. Sometimes the left earphone won’t charge despite being in the case, but when you blow the case and wipe it of dust it works. The mic quality is very poor, i had many expectations on this product as it is from Blaupunkt but I’m quite disappointed. So if you are thinking whether to buy this or not, if you are looking for an entry-level bluetooth earphones under 1000 go for it, but if you are ready to spend more, there are other earphones waiting for you.
Best thing about the earphones is the battery, it charges quickly and also lasts long.

Case build quality is basic not cheep quality. Digital display gives exact percentage earbuds are very light & easy to pair. It is 6/10 rating in daily use. If u increases sound to maximum you feal some shattered sound. I’ll sugest to spend some more money & buy BTW Moksha Anc that is better I have been using it since past 8 months.. That is greate

If we keep the mobile phone inside the pocket, the ear pod keeps disconnecting and irritating. I noticed this when I used this device while morning walking.
One more thing there nowhere it is mentioned that this product is BTW20 series.
Just mentioned BTW in the product box. I have attached photos.
Now I`m doubting that I have received older version of the ear pod rather new BTW20 series.
Azamon team need help , I have also purchased one year warranty card.
I don’t want this product please exchange with better one, connectivity is serious issue for me especially when I am taking office calls.
