I liked the product in terms of its looks and performance. Battery is good. Sound quality is also impressive. Product starts giving trouble from 3rd month

 I have used this TWS now for more than a month and this review is after this period of usage.

Quality of the Product: 0.5 out of 5
Considering the price of the product this is certainly a worst product by Blaupunkt in the audio segment. They tried to create a low cost TWS but with complete compromise on the quality.
The build quality of the casing is too cheap, also the lid don’t snap close that well. The TWS earbuds too is not good. one drop and the earpiece opens up into 2 pieces. that bad the quality is??? This is certainly not a European product. I think they manufactured it in some low cost manufacturing setup somewhere in China.
Some Good POINT TO NOTE: The package come with different size ear plugs, which you can use to adjust as per your ear cavity size, the default one is very big. This plugs though are of good quality. Even the TWS ear piece too are not big in size, fits well inside your ear. only thing that I can say that I like about the quality is its ear piece comfort inside the ear.

Sound: 2 out of 5
As mentioned about the driver and its deep bass claim, they are totally not at par here, the quality of the audio is certainly good, but when I compared with boat TWS which my friend had audio quality is average. Yes the clarity of vocals and instrument is visible and bass is audible. But to feel the thump you have to push this TWS deep inside your ears, other wise its just sound like normal low fidelity audio output.

Battery Backup: 4.5 out of 5
This area its very good at. The charging case gets to its 10 to 100% in less than 30 mins. The TWS buds too hold charge inside quite nicely. I have used them for 4-5 hrs. of continuous music and calls before I push them inside the case to recharge. So its a good TWS for one day of your moderate usage.

Controls: 4 out of 5
The touch sensitive control are responsive and works very well. Since the controls are very much touch sensitive the problem is when you try to remove the TWS from your ears or if you use it inside your helmet then its accidently initiate certain commands like Alexa or pause the song. secondly if you want to select the next track it either pauses the song or initiate Alexa. I guess its about getting used to the right touches to get that thing going. receiving the calls is also very effective using the touch sensitive controls of the TWS.

Charging issues: 0.005 out of 5 🙁
I have kept the worst part of this product in the last. This is a worst product when it comes to charging of the TWS inside the casing. Since I have bought this product the company has told me to send the product twice to their service center!!! Either one or both TWS ear buds sometimes don’t charge at all. I have to push, adjust, shake and what not to make them charge. I have attached video of the charging issue in this review. Even the first replacement piece which they gave me was having this problem. Now I have third piece with me that too is having some charging issue here and there…. This TWS is made not be charged hehehehe….

I certainly say one thing though, the support provide to me by Ms Shweta Singh from Blaupunkt was next level. She was always listening to my problems and gave full support to resolve it and guided me well. The 2 replacements which I got was because of her; she was always there to help me out with this problem. So Kudos to the support team. but they too were helpless as the product itself is so bad, they tried to mange the damage effectively but eventually the product itself is bad. I am hoping for some better replacement from them this time.

Conclusion: Though the price, audio quality of this TWS is good and battery back too is also impressive usage wise the TWS was good to buy but due to compromise in its build quality and severe charging issue I would recommend a complete NO to all of you.

mic is so poor performance but hearing is good

I am not a technical person on this but I’ll been using these for a week and find them quite useful.

The quality is excellent and the sound is fine. I have not charged it since I got them. The charger on the case is quite sufficient to keep them charged for over a week if you are a moderate user.

Its lightweight and sleek. Got a great deal so got it really cheap. Yet it’s functionality and build is quite premium.
