मेरा जीवन का सबसे बुरा अनुभव ब्लू स्टार कम्पनी के स्टाफ और इनके डीलर के व्यवहार का रहा है,
मैंने ब्लू स्टार का विंडो एसी आनलाइन खरीद है,
जो लोग ए सी देने आए उन्होंने प्रोडक्ट चैक कराने से यह कहकर मना कर दिया की ब्लू स्टार वाले आकर चेक कराएंगे,
ब्लू स्टार कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो उन्होंने 800 रु में इंस्टालेशन कराने का दबाव यह कहकर डाला कि यदि हमसे नहीं कराओगे तो प्रोडक्ट टूटे फ़ूटे या खराब होने की कोई गारंटी नहीं रहेगी,
मजबूरी में 400 का काम 800 में कराने के लिए बुलाना पड़ा, पड़ोस में काम कर रहे ब्लू स्टार के टेक्निशियन को भेजा पर जो लोग ए सी लगाने आए वो इंस्टालेशन में लगने वाली दो फिट लकड़ी प्लाई भी नहीं लाए और कहने लगे कि लकड़ी के काम कारपेंटर से कराओ हम तो सिर्फ एसी डालने के 800 रु लेते हैं,
जबकि लोकल टेक्निशियन 400 रु लकड़ी के काम सहित लेता है और ए सी फिट करके चलाकर जाता है, AC की पेमेंट देने के बाद कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है, फॉर्मेलिटी और मैसेज में कोई कमी नहीं करते, अब धमकी देकर गये है कि यदि एसी टूटा फूटा हुआ या कभी खराब हुआ तो हमारी गारेंटी नहीं होगी।

Cooling is great but noise is too much . Its the fan and airflow that causes so much noise which is unbearable during the night. Really bad product engineering. Better to go for other brands.

Utterly disappointed with this AC’s performance. I still believe it’s a faulty product and if it is not, i’d not recommend this unit to anyone. Very low air throw and cooling isn’t upto mark at all. Noise level is too high. At times it sounds as if it’s about to quit working.
It’s one of the most expensive AC in it’s category yet it comes with very mediocre remote, very inferior build and no display on it for controls.
Very very disappointed with Bluestar 1.5 ton window AC- Performance, Noise, Remote and Build all deserve a single star or even less than a star. I wish i could replace it, i made a mistake buying it, hopefully others won’t.
