They give this remote without display in it . In auto mode, the compressor is keep on running.. it should on and off then n there .

Everything is good. I was excited when found smart save option in the remote but later realise it just for show. That’s why 4 star. Else it’s value for money.

The company offers a free first service. We asked for the service to be done on the 17 of March but the technicians insisted on coming on the 16. They came without the necessary equipment to remove dirt and the pump for wet service. Then they left a mess on the floor which they refused to clean. The job done was hurried and shoddy. Very disappointing performance by blue star technicians..

I am using this product without swing option because of the hissing sound at one instant during the swing.

Good design and suitable for small rooms. Cooling capacity and room location are important. Consider consulting an expert before deciding. Remote control is very convenient useful. May need some time to say anything about performance.

The guys cancelled installation without any notice. Then I had to get it installed from the carpenter of my hostel. It was really not professional.
