After a few weeks of using the product the power bank suddenly stopped working and even though I charged the power bank for 2 or even 3 hours it doesn’t charge , it shows that it’s charging but when I unplug it there is no battery in it

Worst product of boat. I bought just thinking that boat is reliable company it’s product is good but I am wrong. Initially it works well about 15 day but after that when my mobile connect with power bank it’s battery goes to level one and thereafter it stops the charging. My money has been waste after purchasing it. Why are they making such a worst product. Shame on boat company.
