The quality was good but the item was not the one which was booked by some zook company that too it was made by them and it was broken but time old don’t understand

Amazon offered up a replacement in 1 day. Excellent service.
BUT, BUT-
– The replacement was a refurbished version, with the side rubber panel loose and coming out
– BT drop issue was better (still there, not every 20-30 min, but maybe once every 2 hrs)
– BT sound quality was terrible with frequent crackling, static and what not.
Again, I am a boAt exclusive- wired headphones (excellent), wireless (excellent), smartwatch (good).
BUT THIS STONE SPEAKER IS A NO GO- IT IS A DISASTER! AVOID

The speaker is very good no doubt.
Good build, looks great, no skimping on any material (even the speaker cloth is good).
Sound quality if okay off the block, but improves vastly with equaliser adjustments in the app. I managed to get tonal response which was better than Sony’s SA-D100 and Bose Soundlink, both of which were bass heavy.
BUT- BIGGEST ISSUE- the volume randomly drops off after around 20-30 mins in BT. I checked the batter, which is good at 80+%.
No dice reconnecting your phone, or even changing the phone/ laptop.
Only solution is to restart the speaker.
This is the biggest deal-breaker which renders the speaker almost unusable.
I’m a boat fan and exclusively use their headphones, which have worked beyond expectations. But this is a strict no-no.
SVS –
First things first ballistic black & red colour combo gives a premium look. Output drivers are perfect at this price range. I’m loving it and gonna keep rocking my room space with this speaker 🔊 music lovers can go for it blindly.

It’s products is good but sound is automatically high to slow when fully charged after playing 10 minutes about, that is big problem, old version boat stone 1000 is better and boat stone 1000 v2 is not like them.
Above review is use of 5 days. And replace and again using in 1 week then
Then the boat stone v2 1000 not working (power not on ) . Same problem.
Very bad experience. Boat is good company but why this problem in this, I’m also using boat stone 1000 but is very good sound this product related experience of 2years but no issues in this product.
Please resolve my issue and refund me.
Or replace my product in old version boat stone 1000.
