No preheat setting, No indicator of Set temperature achieved – had to use oven thermometer to check. Digital temp settings quite accurate. Top coil design good for even browning. Good performance overall.

1. Cord Length could have been made little more longer.
2. Lookwise keypad is smarter than Knob. But usuability wise Knob is better. If I need to pre-heat for 10-15 min, then i need to set the time. Time is by default set to 30 min and I need to reduce the time. For that I need to press the ‘-‘ button 15 times. Usability wise not good. Default time could have been set to Zero. Or a Long press in time could have been given for faster increase/decrease of time.
3. Using aluminium foil is not recommended while grilling. Incase of indian recipie grilled food will be laced with wet spices which will drop and accumute on the tray. Without foil it is getting difficult to clean the tray. Also it is not recommended to clean the tray with steel mesh. I need to try to cover the tray with parchment paper during next usage and experiment.
Overall the product is good. Most importantly I am proud to be using a Made in India product. I can compromise with small glitches in usability. I hope Borosil will continue in the competitive market and will give good customer service. Only time will tell. All the best to Borosil for establishing brand value in appliance segment.

Have used it for baking and toasting many items. Have not used the grill yet. Work fine. Heat is not even while baking pizza, garlic bread and toasting. This causes over cooking on one side. Have to rotate the tray in between to avoid biting one side.

Our first trial and came out really well it’s a nice product, probably a little bigger cook book will be better and users Manual can be given a little more indetail there is no demo video about this product since it’s got the touch panel a demo would actually help a lot of people to understand the product they are buying. Apart from that it’s a nice buy and worth your money and great product. All the best…
