While such kettles are available at much lower cost, but the quality is what differentiates it from the herd. I bought this with the refund money of another kettle that I ordered at first but had to return for quality issues.
I used to have a prestige glass kettle earlier, and this pretty much matches if not exceed the quality expectations in that regard. Though it could improve in fit and finish and overall quality of the plastic used.
Pros: Decent cord length, Clear glass, looks great
Cons: Expensive and 15A socket (like AC)

I have been a regular user of a variety of your products. Unfortunately, my latest purchase of an electric kettle has malfunctioned. The button no longer works. This happened within two weeks of purchase.
Kindly replace or facilitate personnel for repair.

There is no service center for Borosil. Please consider before buying. My kettle is not working properly and unable to find a service center.

A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THE ELETRRIC KETTLE THERMOSTAT/BUTTON HAS OVERHEATED AND HAS SHORT CIRCUTTED. ITS STRANGE THAT A GOOD COMPANY LIKE BOROSIL DOES NOT OFFER ANY WARRANTY ? ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE PURCHASE AND ALREADY MALFUNCTIONED. SEEKING REPLACEMENT
