I received the product in good form.
I am using it from 2 months now. Everytime i use the blender- irrespective of the load, it smells like a burnt wire.
I ignored this in the beginning as it may be something the motor does (experienced the same with my Bosch mixer at the start and it was gone after sometime)
However i smell the wires burnt till now and it has not reduced.
I am hoping one day everything tears off and eventually blender stops working.
Wouldn’t recommend to buy this as i see its motor depleting each day oozing out the odd smell.

The product is actually very good but I think Amazon sent a default product, while blending the lid opens up mid process no matter how tightly we close it, after tightening the lid the max is comes undone, which is catastrophic since the after math is a nightmare

Its a fake poduct. The bigger blender broke in 1 day . The grinding machine was making too much noise
I bought the Borosil NutriFresh PB31 Portable Mini-Blender & Grinder because of the brand but it turned out to be fake. Please dont buy from Amazon. Total waste of money
