Plates are cleansed very well.

We are very much satisfied. Bowls after washing are clean and shiny. It is suitable for a family up to 4 -5 members.

This is undoubtedly the best product I ever purchased for our house with my money. I bought this machine in Oct 2019 for 33K during the sale, also the best decision before the lockdown 2020 year began! My mother was sceptical if it will clean our oily and burnt bartan but she was impressed after seeing the shine. The plates are shinier than mirrors in our house, glasses are clean and perfect.

SO here are the things you need to know before you buy a dishwasher.
1. It is better than your household help/ domestic help (bai), it saves water and washes to perfection, you bartan are sanitized due to the high temperature after every wash.
2. It takes time to complete the wash cycle as it rinses, soaks and drys all together, so better to load at night to have clean utensils in the morning.
3. Do not use aluminium utensils as they will oxidise and have a film over them.
4. If there is a problem with residue on your vessels it is probably an imbalance of salt or a badly performing rinse aid liquid.
5. Loading the utensils does not as much time as it would take to hand wash them. Once you know where your utensils fit it is an easy task. Maybe give this job to someone at your house who is good at organising and arranging things. I know men at home can be a great help in loading the dishwasher.

Here are some of mine and my mom’s personal tips:
1. Wash all plastic, melamine, tupperware / and lightly soiled vessels in the quick cycle. This takes only 30 mins and the temperature is about 45 C so doesn’t damage the plastic material.
2. Use the top rack for all spoons, ladles, forks etc. The grey flap with slots (designed to hold the stem of wine glasses) is useful to hold spoons rather than the bulky basket. We never use the cutlery basket as it takes too much space. Lay serving spoons flat in the top rack one above the other facing opposite each other.
3. Add a used nimbu (lemon) in the top rack basket handle for extra freshness and shine.

Efficient and easy to use. Does what it intends to.
Advice to people who are buying: please look at your setup beforehand. You will need an easy to access input/output for water, and also a nearby power source point. Exhaust or input pipes were not as long for our purposes. And the installation technician will unnecessarily try to sell you stuff to make up for deficiencies in your setup.
