I purchased the Refrigerator it on 21st August2022 within one month the Refrigerator is not working. Its not cooling .Some serious problem in the Refrigerator .Inspite of several calls to the Customer Care no body is attending they they are sendingTchnicians within 48 Hrs . Very poor support from customer care . They are not sending Technician to attend the issues only after 3 days a Technician came still its not working . Product needs to be replaced .Please do not buy this product considering the Quality of the Product delivered and the poor service support rendered . Its high risk to buy this product

Fridge looks good and spacious but lacks good quality standards. Service is pathetic in Goa with fake commitments from the ASM and staff that lack utter professionalism (took 30days +to resolve a simple service issue) .Such a shame of an International German brand.Never recommend.

Technicians don’t response in 48 hrs , they are extremely rude. Also would recommend not to buy this since parts are extremely poor quality. They’re not at all durable

Bosch is supposed to be good quality so I don’t expect any less. After one month of use, there were no issues. Installation was not as smooth as promised by Amazon. In fact, Amazon didn’t even contact Bosch, which they were supposed to. I had to call Bosch 3times to fix an appointment. The lack of a handle leaves ugly handmarks on the door. Either one has to wear gloves or wipe it clean everyday.
PS. The door stops half way while closing due to a spring action. Don’t worry this is not a fault but a feature to prevent door slamming.
