The water gets clogged and forms ice in the vegetable container. Raised the concerned immediately when noticed within the weeks of purchase. The Person from Bosch service center kept beating around the bush and did nothing. He asked us to wipe out the water periodically. We requested to either fix the issue or give us the product replacement. Further, escalated the issue but no response from anyone. WE ARE NEVER GOING TO BUY ANY ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ONLINE EVER. BOSCH YOUR PRODUCTS SUCKS!!

I thought I could trust Bosch. Especially since I like the bottom freezer, I went for this model. However, my fridge needs me to mop the water from the vegetable tray every alternate day – frost free is a joke. Vegetable freeze quickly…or ice crystals form. Totally not worth it. Customer service of Bosch has been not too great. The technicians who came talk as if I’ve never used a refrigerator before. Totally would not recommend this.

Nice looks, great design, very less consumption for size with inverter. Proves to be efficient and reliable with new look and feel.

The machine looks good does not take much space and the door hinges does not move out so can be fit in a tight space…. cooling seems good.
Only gripe is the touch pannel is a little insensitive…takes a hard press like those resistive touch days.
Will write a long term review after 2 months.

Awesome product…..did not buy from Amazon though….. fantastic quality…go for it….you will never regret it…one star less as still unaware of the availability of spares if and when the need arises and the service backup….otherwise everybody at home are quite happy
