BOSCH 8 kg Drive Motor, Anti Tangle, Anti Vibration Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver

I did a lot of research on different washing machines from all companies out there(the only 2 last standing were samsung and this bosch washing machine).\n\nI ordered this washing machine during lockdown period. There were some difficulties with the installation such as the person getting late or telling it late that there are some things that need to be installed on customer end, plus I also had to schedule installation again all on my own.\n\nIt has almost been a month of using this machine and I am very happy with the purchase so far.\n\nIt is silent, does the job pretty good. It washes clothes at 40 degrees temperature in mix clothes setting and warm temperatures mean hygenic and well washed clothes. \n\nI purchased a stand from the bosch technician, because well I needed a stand since this machine has no ground clearance so to say.

This is my first purchase of washing machine. Going through reviews decided to purchase this Bosch 8 kg front load WM. Not much aware about other washing machines hence excluded comparison with other brands.\nPros: \n1. Strong and sturdy\n2. Does the job of cleaning very well in less detergent and water.\n3. Cloth wash and cleaning is very good.\n4. Electrical Energy efficient 5 star.\n5. Elegant silver colour.\n6. Less noise in normal operation.\n7. Almost no vibrations except spin and dry operation where it is observed but not noticeable.\n8. Drying of clothes upto 70 to 80%. \n9. According to manufacturer it is having direct drive inverter motor.\n10. Touch panel is very good.\n11. Fitted with inlet and outlet pipe.\n12. Fitted with level adjustable screws at all four corners.\n13. Expresswash is great.\n14. Can take load of family members of 4 and above.\nCons:\n1. Very short 16A power cable of around 155 to 160mm length.\n2. Looks average. Chrome plated door may add elegancy but it is not available here.\n3. Little bit heavy.\n4. Although installation is done within time the technician doesn’t aware about various functions and utilities provided in Bosch WM.\n\n\nOverall value for money. Very good washing machine. One may go for this without second thought.

Bosch machine is very good and robustic. Machine is very hard and looking good. Machine performance is too good and it’s operation is minimal sound. But while spin you will get a bit noise. But no Shake in machine while spin. Because it has 1200 RPM and it’s not a Direct Drive motor you will get a bit noise while spin. Coming to features it’s is too good.\n\n1. water plus – To manage the proper water intake for less laundry. while putting less clothes you can use this option to reduce the more water flow into the machine. \n\n2. Speed perfect option will finish any type of clothes in one hour with full current. Better to use if you are in urgent to go out or use eco option.\n\n3. Eco perfect option will save your current half but the load will take time to finish. Example: cotton option will take one hour to complete wash in speed perfect, but in the eco perfect it takes three and half hours to complete the wash. But use this option to save the current and if you’re not going out. you have current flow indicator to see the usage of current.\n\n4. prewash to get the clothes wash two times for more stain clothes. like bedsheets and pillow.\n\n5. child lock: you have child lock to prevent from their child playing in washing machine.\n\n6. Temperature: you have temperature display how much heat it is using for the wash.\n\n7. RPM: it shows the spinner of the machine to drain the clothes. It has 1200 RPM and you can decrease the RPM for the sensitive clothes like silk and embroidery blouse.\n\n8. Ready in: you can set the program for 24 hours then machine will start automatically it will show in the display. ready in you set the time and the time will decrease it will show in the display.\n\n9. Status: status option it will show in the display whether the cloth this in wash or rinse or in spin.\n\n10. Touch Display: it is very good and it is very sensitive. you can easily handle you can use it in soft touch you can start or reload or pause the machine easily.\n\n11. Voltage check (Current usage): It shows how much current the load is using if you use speed speed mode the usage of current will be high. if you use eco mode the current flow will be low and it saves your current bill.\n\npurchase feedback: The product received four days late of promised date escalated so many times to Flipkart and Gati courier service. After so many follow up got machine 4 days late. Flipkart followed very well with this issue. But Gati courier services gave the wrost service. Flipkart need to look after it’s delivery partner. \n\nDemo and installation: After the machine reached me at the third day installation happened that too escalated to Bosch customer care on Second day, they sent a Technician on third day. but Flipkart booked a call for demo and installation when the product reached me and they have sent message for the installation. The guy is not able to explain the features and the option. simply he told two, three option. he is not listening to our questions and not responding properly. he was concentrating on his phone. not professional and no response. he was asking for money for bus fare and something and we gave 200 RS. please note the demo and installation is free as per Flipkart description. but they’re asking money. I didn’t get any product or accessories from the technician. Flipkart and Bosch : Send a right person who knows about the product and able to explain properly and response properly to the customer. I learnt the operation of the product from the Bosch Manual. so here explained here that people should not suffer like me. Bosch is Bosch it’s quality of washing as well as drying is super I was use machine with its higer loading load but performance is too good no noeise when spin

Great product with lot of features. Quick wash is superb. I would suggest this model for those who go for high efficiency washing machines at this price. \n\nOnly thing to check out is the service outlets available in your area and the service personals who come to install. If you’re buying a stand and cover by yourself please inform them else they would come in single and spoil your equipment.\n\nMy first heavy equipment through online. I am so happy with Flipkart service.\n\nYou are awesome guys.
