DON’T BUY BOSCH MICROWAVE!
Following are the problems you will face
1. Lack of functions – in order to capture market the Bosch has introduced functions which are useless. Even if you use those automatica functions you don’t get desired taste. Prefer LG or some other, at least their functions are understandable.
2. Lack of demo- employees of Bosch are not at all trained in the new microwave. If you buy it you are on your own. You won’t get any help from Bosch because there own people don’t know anything about the microwave.
3. Dealer problem- dealer is non cooperative and even he do not pick the phone.
There is zero support from the company and its dealers.
In my personal opinion the microwave is a huge waste. Even normal things like cooking rice, boiling potatoes is not up to the mark. Kindly don’t buy it. I will be requesting the Bosch company to take back their microwave and return my money

Dear Bosch,
This is the 3rd complaints i am lodging with you with in 6 months of purchase.
I am now sceptical about the quality of your product. I am having a feeling that I have invested in a wrong product.
The control panel is getting opened now. I had shown this problem to the technician during the last service, and he had said that he has fixed the problem. I was out of station post that. Now once I am back and using, the panel is getting opened.
I had called the service personnel. Now he is telling that he had fixed it up. However this has to be fixed once again now and the same will be chargeable service, even though the warranty is there.
I am facing multiple problems post purchase.
Please arrange to replace the product or refund my money. If this happens within warranty, then what will be the situation once the warranty is over.
I am thoroughly unhappy with the performance of the product.
