Good buy in terms of usability although the headphone year piece rubber part got spoil by daily use. Bluetooth connectivity and microphone ability is very good . I will recommend the product.

Good for calls its noise cancellation good but when we hear music noise cancellation doesn’t work that good. You can hear outside noise .

Pros- comfortness, no major pains after 4 to 5 hrs continuous over ears, sound volume not hurting ears, connects to multiple devices via bose app and bluetooth, rugged metal body, still using it for all office calls, no harm to functioning after stepping onto it and cracking from one side. No servicing taken till now.
Cons – expensive, cushion’s leatherite not great it worn and torn after 6 months, some thumpong noise if you walk while wearing, 5 to secs of recorded voice when you connect initially which cannot be over ridden so if you are on call , you will conversation in that 5 to 6 seconds, when connected to multiple devices ..if you get a call from either then it overrides whatever you are doing on other device which is annoying.

Astounding noise cancellation, beautiful design and poor quality software support.
1. The noise cancellation is unrivalled. A truly worthy competitor in this field. Compare it with the world’s topmost racing cars in the field of noise cancellation.
2. It looks and feels like a piece of modern art. If you have an eye for sleek design, minimalism and “less is more” thought process, you would appreciate these. Pitch it against any other headphone in the market side by side, and you could see the difference in build quality and design superiority.
3. Software. Bose should fire at least half of its software engineering people. Looks like Bose doesn’t quiet really know what Quality Software means in 2021. Buggy iOS app, pathetic support site etc. it looks like Bose spent a ton of money in hiring top notch UI/UX designers and cut corners by hiring stupid and cheap app developers. The can’t be said to be reliable at all. It looks like force fit component in an otherwise beautiful and rock solid product which is worthy of being put at MOMA (Museum of Modern Art). I am guessing Bose relies heavily on third party software developers who don’t have any idea of what a “Bose” product really means and who the “Bose” people are. In all, software is a huge let down.
4. Innovation and features. The world has made major technological advancements extremely fast and Bose seems still locked in its own research labs and in their ivory towers. Why Bose? Why the attitude? Why are you not adopting the best codecs available out there? Who says you have to clutter your product? Look at Sony and Apple and learn from their best success. Don’t think that you can remain hidden in your own research labs and can do all the innovation yourself. Because, a day might come, you will be paying a heavy price for this. If you don’t innovate and compete, you will die.
Summary:
This product would have been an undisputed leader 3 years ago, but not right now. Sorry Bose, others like Sony and Apple have worked very very hard and they deserve the respect and the market a bit more than you for this product.

The microphone is touted to be “near boom quality” by Bose, but no such thing when using Bluetooth on a Macbook Pro (2022 model). It sounds digitally processed, thin, almost unrecognizable from oneself. Reportedly, this is due to a limitation of the Bluetooth spec. This would be fine if the included cable carried microphone output to get around this limitation, but in wired mode the mic is disabled, leaving Bluetooth as the only option for calls. The Macbook’s built in mic is vastly superior, so you can switch the input source to the Macbook or another mic (I tried a lavalier also) while using the headset for audio output, but in this configuration the built in feature to hear oneself referenced in the headset is disabled, resulting in your voice sounding muffled and inside your head. Treat this headset as primarily for audio and only sometimes for laptop calls… otherwise, check out the JBL Quantum 100 + Rode AI-Micro for the best headset mic and direct mic referencing in combination.

I have been using this headset since six months now and almost 3 – 6 hours daily.
To start with positives – ANC is awesome. While I am in meetings or listening to music, even though there are any other noises in the room, neither me nor the other person can hear much. But at this price, that was expected!
Sound quality – It’s pretty good! With amazing battery life, I could even watch three movies in single charge.
Bluetooth connectivity and range is good. Gives me enough flexibility to walk and talk in my meetings and I have even tried walking approx 60-80 steps away from my laptop to get some water or coffee.
Problems:
1. It’s not at all good to be used with wind. If I am walking in a windy environment, the other person on the call can hardly hear me, I did not expect this from Bose at all!
2. Dual connectivity works well, but is more like a pain to me. If I am in a meeting 9n my laptop, and my phone rings:
2a. Automatically my meeting goes on hold and headset gets connected to phone. Now, that I am not interested to take the calls, I disconnect it and then it connects back to laptop, but I lost the conversation… There should be an option to set the priority device in the app.
2b. Even worse – when I disconnect the phone, and connect back to meeting, the other person says that my voice is not clear and there is a background noise. So, I have to drop the meeting and join again.
Ki
For this reason only, I disconnected my headphone from mobile’s calls. But then that means this feature is waste and of no use!
Finally, I am thinking to sell it and buy Jabra

Super recomendo.
